What client demographics are accepted?
Attune & Brew Counseling accommodates children (5 years old and older), adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. All counseling sessions are conducted in English, but counselor can provide Spanish and Korean translation for parents/guardians of minors.
Where is the physical office of Attune & Brew Counseling?
The office for in-person counseling sessions is located at 4502 Riverstone Blvd Suite 702 Missouri City, TX 77459. This suite houses four offices in total, but the first office (closest to entrance) is the Attune & Brew Counseling office. This office has a bathroom and waiting room for client use. Parking is free and located in front of building and around entire complex.
How much does a therapy session cost?
Session fees reflect the time, training, preparation, and individualized care provided throughout the therapeutic process.

Payment policies, insurance information, and cancellation guidelines will be reviewed prior to beginning services.
How do clients pay for sessions?
Attune & Brew Counseling utilizes Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant and free app for collecting payments. Clients can place a card (all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards) on file. Also, cash payments are acceptable.
What electronic health record (EHR) system does this practice use?
Attune & Brew Counseling utilizes Carepatron as the practice's EHR, which allows for the storage of client notes, requests for scheduling, messages, and payment tracking.
Do you accept insurance for therapy sessions?
LPC Associates (Ji Won Liu's current license) cannot panel with insurances directly as associates are still supervised. However, clients can request superbills (a detailed receipt) and submit this superbill to their health insurance to receive partial out-of-network reimbursement.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate is a document that explains the expected cost of counseling services for clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. It helps clients understand anticipated fees before receiving care. in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
What platform do you use for online session?
Online sessions are completed through the Carepatron platform. Alternatively, Doxy.me is another platform that can be used if the first malfunctions. Clients will receive links for online sessions 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
What teas and drinks do you have available in office?
There is an international tea bar located in the office kitchen that contains black tea, green tea, oolong tea, instant boba tea, fruit tea, honey, powdered cow's milk, powdered oat milk, instant coffee, and assorted sugars.
What amenities are available in-office?
The suite's waiting room contains multiple games, educational books, activity books, and fidget toys. Inside the office, clients can request for blankets, pillows, weighted plushes, fidget toys, coloring materials, counseling worksheets, and tea.
