Current and formed clients may request access to or copies of their counseling notes and records maintained by Attune & Brew Counseling.

If records are requested on behalf of another individual, documentation verifying legal authority (e.g., guardianship papers or medical power of attorney) is required.
Identity verification may be required to protect client confidentiality.

Attune & Brew Counseling and Ji Won Liu, LPC Associate (supervised by Julie Ung, LPC-S. LMFT-S) are regulated by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).

Filing a Consumer Complaint
