When life becomes too much, emotions run uncontrollably, or thoughts of your own mortality arise, seeking help from a trained counselor may be the solace you need. If words like depressed, emptiness, numb, nothingness, emotionally dead, hopeless, lifeless, or exhausted describe how you are feeling, I would be honored to explore that hurt with you.
